I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, but the progress you achieve depends on your commitment to the process and your participation in it. Although I have seen many people heal and discharge from therapy, I cannot guarantee that you will experience the results you want. Every individual and healing journey is unique.

I accept cash, checks, HSA cards, debit, or credit cards. Paying with cash or check will waive the processing fee (about $5); however, a debit or credit card is required to be on file in my HIPAA secured client chart. I do not accept insurance, but if your insurance plan allows for out of network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to them. Sessions last 50 to 55 minutes and are $135 for individuals and $160 for couples.

IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy is an approach that views individuals as having various internal parts, each with its own characteristics and roles. Have you ever said, “A part of me wants to go to the game, but another part just wants to stay home?” In therapy, clients explore and understand these parts better, aiming to foster harmony and cooperation among them. By addressing and integrating these different aspects of oneself, individuals can achieve greater emotional balance and well-being.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a method for processing distressing memories and experiences. It involves guided discussion of troubling events alternated with bilateral stimulation (stimulating both sides of the brain by visually tracking a light bar or feeling a tapper vibrate in one hand at a time). This process allows individuals to desensitize the emotional impact of difficult memories, promoting healing and resilience. Learn more about EMDR here.
